Esthetics

Michigan College of Beauty in Waterford is proud to announce our Esthetics Program.

Our program is designed to prepare students to become State licensed Estheticians with entry into the beauty salon/spa positions as estheticians with the accent on skin care.

During instruction, a student acquires a thorough knowledge of skin analysis, specialty and customized facials-express, teen, men's, back, anti-aging facials to name a few, daytime and nighttime make-up, extractions, full body waxing (except Brazilian), eyelash and eyebrow tinting, eyelash tabbing and advanced treatments will be covered. The student will also gain experience in salon management, appointment booking and actual experience and practice serving patrons. In addition to esthetic training students are given advice on personal grooming and instruction on personality development, as well as how to achieve poise and self-assurance.

We offer day classes. Our classroom has no more than 10 students at any time. Our day class schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30am -3:30pm. Call for start dates.
